NO_ISSUE iso compatible fake language code

@cherfia I used an unassigned fake language code - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639_language_codes. Hopefully that's enough and doesn't need a valid/used code.

I had a problem creating a space - the create space post mutation requires a 2 char language code.
